First it was Vince McMahon, then the Gods of Metal and now…I worship Dana White. How sacrilegious a statement, just one day after the all important Yom Kippur (this year saw me not fast nor attend temple…for shame!).
Now, although I foresee my D.W. worship coming to a very near close (along with my MMA obsession in general), the UFC’s president did something really fucking cool last night: He announced via Twitter that he would be at Pinkberry on 55th and 2nd in NYC @ 10:15 PM to give away some UFC 104 tix. Dana obviously wasn’t expecting to be greeted by the 40 or so fans that he was, and so he asked all in attendance to jot their info down on a sheet of paper and promised each person that they would be contacted today by his office re: such free tix. NOTE: I have yet to be contacted, BUT I have faith.

Actually, I was at UFC 79. I don’t know what’s going on with these tix. As of today, I don’t think anyone’s been contacted by Dana’a office.
